PAREIDOLLS a teenage five piece from The Wirral release their debut single 'Jessie'  backed with 'Give and Take' on a limited edition physical 7inch on April 3 via Red Licorice Records. Blending sharp-edged rock with melodic New Wave influences the band have quickly built a reputation for songs that balance aggression with a pop sensibility. ''Jessie'  captures the band's driving energy and hook-laden songwriting, while 'Give and Take'  showcases a darker aspect to their sound. Two further tracks 'Slater Street' and 'Freefalling' recorded live at the 100 club in London will be available on digital only.

PAREIDOLLS are Georgia Attwood (vocals), Freya Wilcox  (drums) Bethan Sheldrick (bass) Tabitha Law (guitar) and Biba Russell (guitar). Already well-established on the Merseyside music scene their sound and style recalls the golden age of female fronted rock bands , drawing comparisons with The Bangles, L7, The Go-Gos, Girlschool, Hole and The Donnas while remaining firmly rooted in the present.
