PAREIDOLLS

PAREIDOLLS a teenage five piece from The Wirral release their debut single 'Jessie'  backed with 'Give and Take' on a limited edition physical 7inch on April 2 via Red Licorice Records. Blending sharp-edged rock with melodic New Wave influences the band have quickly built a reputation for songs that balance aggression with a pop sensibility. ''Jessie'  captures the band's driving energy and hook-laden songwriting, while 'Give and Take'  showcases a darker aspect to their sound.

PAREIDOLLS are Georgia Attwood (vocals), Freya Wilcox  (drums) Bethan Sheldrick (bass) Tabitha Law (guitar) and Biba Russell (guitar). Already well-established on the Merseyside music scene their sound and style recalls the golden age of female fronted rock bands , drawing comparisons with The Bangles, L7, The Go-Gos, Girlschool, Hole and The Donnas while remaining firmly rooted in the present.
